Welcome to my favorite month of the year. Anybody who knows me knows I love April because of my birthmonth. Yes you read that right I said BIRTHMONTH not Birthday. Since I was younger I always believed my birthday lasted all month not just one day. I try to celebrate it all month with dinners, get together, parties, trips, honestly anything fun. This year I’m trying to not do as much because I’m moving in June and Dymond’s Diary turns one in May. I plan on having a weekend of events to celebrate my blog. As you get older and focus more on your dreams you start to learn how to sacrifice.
If you have a business you know it’s all about sacrifice. Even if you don’t, growing up and becoming an adult, is all about sacrifice. Are you willing to let go of certain things to help get to the bigger picture? If you answered yes, you are on your way to being successful. What exactly is a sacrifice? Well a sacrifice is a loss or something you give up, usually for the sake of a better cause. Some people try to avoid sacrifice because they think they'll miss out on stuff. But let me be honest with you, you're not missing anything when your setting up things for the future. I was kind of disappointed that I'm no longer going on my trip out the country for my birthday, but when I think about everything I have planned next season it's all worth it. The most important decision about your goals is not what you’re willing to do to achieve them, but what you are willing to give up.
