June 2021 Boxycharm Unboxing: Dare To Dazzle With Boxy

Omg we are in June. Which means it is officially summer. This isn’t just any summer, this is a hot girl summer. If you don’t know what Hot Girl Summer is, let me explain. Megan Thee Stallion, a female rapper, started this back in 2019, after her song debuted. Megan did an interview with Root and said, “It’s just basically about women — and men — just being unapologetically them, just having a good-ass time, hyping up your friends, doing you, not giving a damn about what nobody got to say about it. It’s about living your best life. Being you and being independent is all it’s about.” With all that being said, what better way to start off hot girl summer, than to spice things up. This months Boxycharm theme is BoxyDazzle.

2.BROW BAR BY REEMA: Browlights, Camera, Action Duo Brow Highlighter

“Two-in-one highlighter, featuring a velvety cream finish and another with a touch of diamonds.” At first, I thought this was a brow pencil, but it’s actually a highlighter. I was nervous because of how light it was, but it wasn’t that bad. It was nice to try something different. Retails for $16.




ACEOLOGY: Overnight Lip Mask

“This lip mask is here to give your lips that extra smoochable edge. This miracle worker will resurface your lips, boosting hydration and leaving them soft, supple, and smiling.” I started using this earlier this month, and it’s now in my night time routine. I love how soft my lips feel in the morning, after applying this at night. Retails for $19.



KVD BEAUTY: Dazzle Stick Eyeshadow

“A vegan, long-wear eyeshadow stick loaded with brilliant flecks of multidimensional pearlescence to deliver prismatic color in a flash.” I got the shade, Hail Surge. When I first opened it, I was scared. The shade is so light, but I only added a little to my inner corner and it added a pop. Retails for $22.



OPV BEAUTY: Spotlight Eyeshadow Palette

“The diverse array of shades ensure your looks stand out. Featuring the essential matte shades to create depth, from subtle golden shimmers all the way to bold blue metallic, the possibilities are endless. Created with all skin tones in mind, the formula is smooth, buttery, and highly pigmented.” BABYYYYY! This pallet was gorgeous. The colors were vibrant and perfect for summer. It even has colors for the neutral eyeshadow girls. Retails for $41.
